This is an accelerated version of the 200 days project through which your house of area 1500-1800 Sq. Ft. will be fully built and handed over in 100 days, from top of basement. All design features, material selection and specifications for must be agreed and frozen before start of work to enable construction without constraints. While Suria Homes will fully honour the agreement on material and craftsmanship, no deviation and/or intervention by owner can be allowed. The owner will always be appraised of the progress and the quality being infused into the work shall be open for inspection by the owner.
